Start with your current statement and setup
If you already accept payments, tell us which provider and equipment you use and which tools must continue working. We review the current arrangement with you before proposing a transition. Our team can explain unfamiliar items on your monthly processing statement and help you understand the charges. Any comparison depends on your actual business and proposed service plan; the website's savings explorer is an illustration, not a quote or a guaranteed result.
Have help when a payment is disputed
A disputed payment can require receipts, signatures and transaction records. We help gather the available material, explain the response process and prepare your submission. Tell our team when a notice arrives so the required next steps can be discussed. The outcome depends on the individual dispute and evidence; support with a response does not guarantee that a chargeback will be reversed.
