Infinity Pay Order Updates — transactional text notifications for orders placed with Infinity Pay merchant restaurants, including orders placed by phone with our automated ordering assistant.
With your consent, we send order confirmations, order-status and pickup-readiness updates, and secure payment links related to an order you placed. This is not a marketing program.
Message frequency varies and depends on your order activity (typically 1–4 messages per order).
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Consent to receive text messages is collected verbally during your phone order after an explicit question, or by texting START to our number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Orders paid online through a secure payment link are final once payment completes; they are released to the kitchen immediately and cannot be canceled. If you have an issue with an order, contact the restaurant or Infinity Pay support and we will make it right.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
